Payment Authorization
By submitting payment through an available payment service, you authorize payment of the displayed total using the selected method. The checkout summary identifies product charges, shipping and any tax collected.
Order Acceptance
Submitting a checkout request does not by itself establish that payment has been completed or that an order has been accepted. Any order acceptance and fulfillment depend on the confirmed transaction and the information provided for that order. Please contact us with questions about an order or payment.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff use that business day as the processing start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
Returns and Refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Earrings are included in this policy. These condition requirements do not prevent a claim for an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
